Get intentional with your advocacy so you can take powerful action for racial justice without feeling scattered, inauthentic, or performative

Doing your part to build a safer & more just world for Black, queer, and other marginalized people can feel overwhelming when you try to combat virtually every injustice without identifying your unique contribution to justice advocacy.Β

That's why I created π™π™π™š π™‹π™€π™¬π™šπ™§ 𝙋𝙑𝙖𝙣 to help you get focused, consistent, and powerful in your pursuit of racial justice.

Instead of trying to do it all...

  • What if you knew how to use your privilege and power in your most immediate communities to activate meaningful change?
  • What if you were able to focus your time and energy on the justice issues that you are most passionate about?
  • What if you could approach justice advocacy & step into the role of a changemaker with authenticity & sustainability?

The truth is that social change doesn't happen as a result of big, rare moments.Β It happens through small and consistent shifts in our knowledge and action.

Through this workshop & transformative vision, goal-setting, and plan of action guide you'll learn how to translate your justice values into a consistent life practiceΒ so you can take more powerful advocacy action for change with focus & sustainability.Β

This workshop and planning workbook is giving me exactly the tools I have been hunting for in order to move from collecting knowledge to proactive engagement in this work. I have been reacting and doing things in a haphazard fashion, and trying to figure out how to actually be effective. I have already started to implement the planning Michelle Nicole recommends, and I already can see healthy changes in how I'm processing and engaging with everything I'm doing. Thank you Michelle Nicole, and I 100% recommend this workshop to everyone who is serious about anti-oppression work!

I was drawn to Michelle Nicole's work through Instagram, especially when she posted about being afraid of engaging in justice advocacy the "wrong" way. Her call-in to seek restorative, sustainable means of justice work was like a lighthouse - steady and focused. After investing in her course, the attention to detail, graphics, flow of topics, and concluding virtual session not only provided a space to unpack my current advocacy tactics, but also provide action items beyond the course. Whether you are new to anti-racism work or have been doing this work for some time, this course is grounding and inspiring!

Meet Your Community Scholar

Hello Hello, I'm Michelle Nicole!Β

I'm on a mission to create a world rooted in equity, joy, & liberation and I firmly believe that each of us has the power to radically contribute to this vision of society.

We are in the midst of a critical movement for social, economic, and racial justice and my goal is to help you active change through practical daily action.

As a criminologist turned public scholar & justice educator, I have helped hundreds of aspiring change makers transform their understanding, practice, and commitment to justice.

Recognizing the need to extend my work beyond the confines of academia's ivory tower, I founded my consulting firm Passion and Power to empower change-driven people with the tools to effectively combat injustice through critical thinking and knowledge-based advocacy.

I know that to radically transform the way our justice system and communities achieve justice, we must first commit to changing ourselves.

Together, we can empower a year of justice!
