Activating Real Justice For Black Liberation
Learn how to practice restorative justice & confidently disrupt racial injustice without performative or overwhelming advocacy action
Anti-Blackness is an insidious form of racism that’s inextricably linked to white supremacy and reflected in our communities’ everyday practices at the individual, systemic, and cultural levels.
It impacts the experiences Black people have with safety, community relationships, and even justice.
But if you are committed to advancing equity and disrupting racial injustice, you have a responsibilty to do your part in building a world where the humanity, value, and needs of Black people are recognized and supported.
A lot of people who want to fight for justice are able to call-out racism in reactive and shame-driven ways but very few are ready to eradicate anti-Blackness and other forms of oppression through deeply transformative and repair-centered practices.
It’s time for us to change that.
And to do so you must be ready to:
In this 2-day interactive workshop, you will learn what it means to be an advocate for Black liberation, the power of restorative justice as a means to repair the harm caused by white supremacy, and how to implement its principles so you can help create more equitable communities for Black and other marginalized people through sustainable and authentic advocacy action.

Her call-in to seek restorative, sustainable means of justice work was like a lighthouse - steady and focused. After investing in her course, the attention to detail, graphics, flow of topics, and concluding virtual session not only provided a space to unpack my current advocacy tactics, but also provide action items beyond the course. Whether you are new to anti-racism work or have been doing this work for some time, this course is grounding and inspiring!

I'm on a mission to create a world rooted in equity, joy, & liberation and I firmly believe that each of us has the power to radically contribute to this vision of society.
We are in the midst of a critical movement for social, economic, and racial justice and my goal is to help you active change through practical daily action.
As a criminologist turned public scholar & justice educator, I have helped hundreds of aspiring change makers transform their understanding, practice, and commitment to justice.
Recognizing the need to extend my work beyond the confines of academia's ivory tower, I founded my consulting firm Passion and Power to empower change-driven people with the tools to effectively combat injustice through critical thinking and knowledge-based advocacy.
I know that to radically transform the way our justice system and communities achieve justice, we must first commit to changing ourselves.
Together, we can empower a year of justice!
